Nightlife and Halloween in Kyoto

I’ve spent a bit of time in Kyoto quite a few times this and last year and last and thought it’d be a great spot to spend Halloween with a couple friends.

Homecoming!!!!!!!!!!

/ By Student Government Assocation

Wow, can I just say that it really felt like Homecoming yesterday. I sat in on the Homecoming Queen Selection Committee, which was long and arduous but amazing. This campus nominated 21 amazing women for Homecoming Queen, and I was very impressed with every one of them. It was awesome getting to talk to them, and it was such a privilege to get to meet them all. So congratulations to all 21 Homecoming Queen candidates – you did amazing!

Fraternities and sororities are busily finishing up their floats. I really enjoyed the banners I saw in DUC this week, and I can’t wait for the parade tomorrow afternoon. I mostly just like getting the free candy, but the floats are a close second. And then Big Red’s Roar is tomorrow night! And then it’s also Halloween!

Tailgating and the Homecoming Game is Saturday. That’s exciting.

Everybody should come out for the Homecoming Festivities. :D
